TWO-ROOM DETATCHED HOUSE IN LIPARI –DIANA

Newly built detached house with two rooms, in a residential complex. Two private gardens of about 35 square metres in total, two Aeolian style terraces with cane roof, double bedroom with air conditioning, living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed. The kitchenette includes: fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, colour television. Shower room, private outdoor parking space.

Prices

The price is in euros per week and includes electricity, water, gas and air conditioning.
Final cleaning service: 40 euros. Deposit: 100 euros (to be returned at the end of your stay if the house is undamaged).
Linen rent: 16 euros per person for each change.

Payments

Within ten days of confirming the booking by phone a 30% advance must be sent.
The settlement must arrive 30 days before the date of arrival. The full price must be paid for bookings made during the 30 days prior to the date of arrival.

Number of people

Staying in the house must not exceed three. Clients must take possession of the house after 4 pm on the expected date of arrival and vacate it by 10 am of the expected date of departure.
All transport expenses for people and luggage from the port to the villa are to be paid by the client.
Any change in times of arrival and/or departure must be agreed with the agent and are dependent on their acceptance.
