Villa on two floors. Ground floor (about 80 sq m): large sitting room, spacious kitchen, shower room, bedroom. All rooms open onto a terrace of about 100 sq m. Interior access to first floor via a spiral staircase. First floor (about 60 sq m): shower room, two bedrooms (each with a terrace of about 20 sq m). Outdoor access to first floor is via steps from the ground floor terrace to the first floor terrace. Eight steps also lead from the ground floor terrace to a terraced garden. On the final level of the garden a swimming pool (about 15,20 sq m) can be built. There is another plot of land to the south of the villa. The land around the villa is about 3,000 sq m in total. Water supply from the aqueduct and from a 15,000 litre water tank. The road to the villa has recently been renovated and is about 350 m, 7-10 minutes on foot.

STROMBOLI – GINOSTRA.

Two elegant villas, externally connected by a terrace overlooking the sea, plot of land 1300 square metres. The two villas are about 100 m from the sea and can easily be reached by boat or footpath. Each villa has five rooms, with bathroom and kitchen fittings: one is decorated in a modern style, the other kept in rustic Aeolian style. The floors are black Labrador (volcanic stone) and the bathrooms have been renovated using ceramics. The terrace is slate.

There are four water wells. The buildings currently use gas lamp illumination, but it is possible to produce electricity through solar panels and generators. The land grows olives, prickly pears and other typical Sicilian plants.
